Our Story
Bee Healthy Australia began in 2010; its conception was realised after the personal experience and noticeable improvement of general health and wellbeing by its founder and MD Michael Philippou. The transition from a small home run office to Australia’s first and only bee derived, raw material processing facility has been a journey. Not only would it uncover some frightening truths and expose significant dangers in the existing market, but the facility would pave the way for development and recognition of basic standards and principals for a transparent and ethical market here in Australia.

Over the last 10 years, Bee Healthy Australia has built strong working relationships with some of the largest names in natural health production and distributors from all over the world. Bee Healthy Australia is strongly committed to achieving the highest possible standards in production by introducing strategic planning and maintaining a strict, non-compromising approach in everything we do. Bee Healthy Australia makes no compromise when it comes to your health, and spares no expense in making sure our raw material and retail processes end up as pure and natural, without the introduction of unnecessary fillers and by-products like phthalates or plastic residues.
Meet the Director, Michael
If you wake up each morning and can truly feel passionate about something, no matter what it is, and each day fight as hard as you can to realise that dream, you are well on your way to a happier successful existence. I wake up each day with a fire in my stomach; the ambition to fulfil my dreams is overwhelming.
Company founder and Director, Michael Philippou, is the life force behind the company’s ambitious existence and creative direction. His belief is that by focusing on quality and servicing his clients beyond their expectations, everything else just falls into place.
I believe that the one fundamental thing that all successful people have in common, is the ability to stand resilient in the face of adversity and obstacles, and no matter what sets you back, there is always another path forward.

Our Australian Made certification recognises that our Bee Healthy Australian Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly & Honey products are trusted as authentic, premium-grade, and genuinely grown and harvested to our meticulous Australian standards.
Our high standards at BHA have allowed us to achieve Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification – an international standard defining the requirements for effective control of food safety.
